If you do not receive your order within 50 business days of your order, or if your package is demonstrably missing or damaged, we will shipping a new product or we will be refunded the full price and shipping costs.

The proof requires to take photos of the damaged product.
The photos of the product must be prepared and send to us.

In the lost packet situation:

If the products were badly used and damaged returns are not applicable. The Warranty is valid: in normal use.
