📄 Shipping & Returns Policy
1. Shipping Terms
1.1 Free Shipping Threshold Orders with a total value of USD $50 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
1.2 Delivery Timeframes: Estimated delivery times vary by destination. Standard global delivery typically ranges from 1 to 5 weeks. These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

1.5 Risk of Loss All orders are shipped with tracking, where available. If a carrier confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer, Dromedar Shop cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages, and no refund will be issued. Customers are responsible for providing a safe and secure delivery location.
2. Lost or Damaged Shipments
2.1 Damaged Goods If an item arrives damaged, the customer must notify Dromedar Shop within 14 days of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the damage.
2.2 Non‑Delivery If a shipment is not delivered and the carrier confirms that delivery did not occur, Dromedar Shop will issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
2.3 Carrier‑Confirmed Delivery If the carrier provides proof of delivery (including tracking confirmation), but the customer claims non‑receipt, Dromedar Shop is not obligated to issue a refund or replacement.
3. Returns
3.1 General Policy All products are made to order. For this reason, Dromedar Shop does not accept returns for change of mind, and all sales are final.
3.2 Eligible Returns Returns are accepted only in cases where the product is:

damaged upon arrival, or

defective due to a manufacturing issue.
3.3 Exclusions Returns will not be accepted if the product has been:

misused,

altered,
-
intentionally damaged, or

damaged through normal wear and tear.
3.4 Return Procedure To initiate a return, the customer must: a) Contact customerservice@dromedarshop.com; b) Provide photographic evidence of the issue; c) Await written confirmation of eligibility.
If approved, the customer must return the item to our Fulfillment & Trading Office in Austria. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
3.5 Replacement Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, Dromedar Shop will issue a replacement product at no additional cost to the customer.
4. Refunds
4.1 Refund Eligibility Refunds are generally not offered due to the made‑to‑order nature of our products. Refunds may be granted only in cases where Dromedar Shop has made an error.
4.2 Case‑by‑Case Review: Refund requests are reviewed individually. Only regular‑priced items are eligible for refund consideration.
4.3 Approved Refunds If a refund is approved, the customer will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
5. Buyer Protection
All purchases are covered by Dromedar Shop’s 14‑Day Buyer Protection, ensuring fair handling of damaged items.
