Every Product Shipping is Free from $ 50.
The normal average delivery time is 1-5 weeks worldwide.

Typical normal shipping time for example:
Hong Kong-USA 6-12 business day
Hong Kong-EU 10-25 business day
Hong Kong-Rest of World 12-25 Business Day
China-USA 8-15 business day
China-EU 10-25 business day

If you do not receive your order or if your package is demonstrably missing or damaged, we will refund the full price and shipping costs.
If the delivery company has delivered the package with a certificate (with tracking number) but according to the customer, the package is lost, in this case, we cannot issue a refund. The buyer must provide a place to safely deposit the package.

Returns and Refunds
Because our products are shipping to order we do not offer returns for change of mind and all sales are final. If your product is damaged or has any quality issues, we will do a return. If the products were badly used and damaged RETURN IS NOT APPLICABLE.
We require you to first send us a picture showing the damage and upon inspection, we will tell you whether it fits our criteria for return. If approved we will ask you to send the product back to us at our Fulfillment & Trading Office in Austria. We do not cover return postage fees. Once received we will send you a brand new product at no cost to you. REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Because of our shipping process, we currently do not offer refunds. Only under circumstances where we made a mistake will we consider making a refund. This will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Only regular-priced items may be refunded. If a refund is approved, you will be issued a full refund.

The proof requires:
Photos of the damaged product, the photos of the product must be prepared and furnished to us by the customer.
We (the dromedarshop team) contacted the delivery company regarding the lost packet situation and we will have the lost package verified and refunded if the delivery is demonstrably not made.
