Refund and Return Policy

General Return Window: We provide a 30-day return option for all standard products from the date of receipt. The product must be returned in its original condition, with labels and packaging.

EU Shoppers – 14-day right of withdrawal. According to the European Union's consumer rights (EU Directive 2011/83), shoppers living in the EU have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The intention to withdraw must be indicated in writing at the customerservice@dromedarshop.com e-mail address. The cost of the return is the responsibility of the purchaser, unless the product is defective or damaged.

Exceptions – custom/made-to-order products. The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to made-to-order products if the customer has expressly waived this right when placing the order. This exception is clearly indicated on the product pages before purchase.

Replacement For exchanges, please contact us at customerservice@dromedarshop.com. E-mail address. For the fastest solution, we recommend returning the defective product and placing a new order.

Refund Processing: We process your refund within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method. Please note that bank processing time may take a few additional days.
