Important shipping information for U.S. customers:

DromedarShop is a small Austria-based business that does not hold a U.S. customs broker license. Therefore, we do not manage customs clearance and cannot legally collect or remit customs duties to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).

• Shipments to the U.S. are fulfilled by our international partner, who may process customs independently.
• Our prices do not include import duties or fees that may apply.
• If duties are assessed, they are handled by the carrier or requested by CBP directly from the buyer.
• DromedarShop does not act as the “Importer of Record” and assumes no customs-related responsibility.
